I am a proactive and dynamic French qualified lawyer. I advise clients in French, German, English and Spanish on all aspects of trade mark and design law and represent them before the EUIPO, national trade mark offices where possible as well as the General Court in Luxembourg.
Managing IP recognised me as “rising star” in its first edition of its new “Rising Stars” category in 2018.
Prior to founding Umami, I was a senior associate at Hogan Lovells Alicante where I specialised in EU trade mark and design law since 2010. My experience includes advising on trade mark oppositions, cancellations, global trade mark portfolio management, pan-European clearance, and appeals before the General Court in Luxembourg. I’ve acted for a number of well-known brand owners in the fashion, pharmaceutical, IT and food and beverage industries.
